Mike Fitzpatrick is the founder, president and CEO of NCX Group, Inc., a business risk consulting firm focusing on information security, business continuity and emergency management services. Mike has over 20 years of information technology experience where he began addressing the technical needs and security concerns of businesses embracing the internet. Today, he leads a team of highly skilled engineers and professional consultants who are dedicated to providing expertise and guidance that protects critical data and ensures a business environment remains operational.

Mike has extensive knowledge in the areas of privacy legislation and regulatory compliance that impact how a business operates. As a recognized leader in business risk management and mitigation, Mike was asked to advise our state’s senator in the development of the NORPDA (Notification of Risk to Personal Data Act) legislation that is currently in progress.

Mike is a respected speaker and is often called upon to address the security measures necessary to comply with current security legislation affecting today’s organizations. He has presented at caworld™, OracleWorld, CCIA and has been a guest on Bill Handel, Rick Roberts, and Rodger Hedgecock radio shows.
